Description

This cigar was created at the Raices Cubanas factory in Danlí, Honduras, Alec & Bradley Kintsugi uses a Trojes region, Honduran habano wrapper over a combination of Nicaraguan and Honduran leaves that make up the dual binder and filler. The resulting profile is a medium-bodied experience filled with notes of earth, wood, chocolate, nuts, and pepper that delight the senses and delight the palate from start to finish. Available in four different vitolas.

Kintsugi was originally supposed to debut in early 2020, but that was the year the whole world went a little sideways, so the release was delayed until close to the end of the year. The purpose of the cigar was to pay homage to an ancient Japanese art form that involves “joining together ceramics with gold lacquer—making them even more beautiful.” As noted on the Alec Bradley website.

Alec & Bradley Kintsugi is a fine looking cigar with a shiny medium brown wrapper that is light on veins and solid to the touch from head to foot. A well applied triple cap finishes the head perfectly.
