Principes Corona are quite different from most of the flavoured cigars you will find in the marketplace and the main distinction is that Principes are premium cigars. While most cigars in this category use a homogenized paper wrapper, Principes are made using 100% all-natural wrapper and filler tobaccos. Machine made in the Dominican Republic and bursting with aromatic flavour,  Principes Corona are constructed using the tobaccos from the hand-rolled premium sector of La Aurora S.A – the original Dominican cigar factory from 1903.

Established in 1903 by Eduardo León Jimenez, La Aurora claims the title as the first Dominican cigar factory. Today their brands are sold in over 60 countries worldwide. With brands such as La Aurora, León Jimenez, Princes, Family Reserve and Imperiales, the family company is now run by Eduardo’s grandson, Guillermo León Herbert. Its factory, located in the city of Santiago in the Dominican Republic, has more than 1100 workers that altogether produce more than 1 billion cigars each year.
